Jennifer L. Levesque is seeking election to Maine House District 1.

As part of The Maine Mirror’s 2026 Candidate Spotlight Series, Levesque is invited to answer the following five questions:

2. What are the three most important issues facing the people of House District 1, and how do you hope to address them?
3. How has your experience prepared you for legislative service?
4. What principles or values guide your approach to public service?
5. Beyond politics, what would you most like the people of House District 1 to know about you?

The same five questions are being presented to candidates seeking election to the Maine House, regardless of party or political affiliation.

Participation is voluntary. If Levesque chooses to participate, The Maine Mirror will publish her responses in a follow-up Candidate Spotlight using her answers verbatim.

The goal of the Candidate Spotlight Series is simple: to give candidates an equal opportunity to speak directly to Mainers and give voters an opportunity to learn more about the people asking to represent them.
