This spotlight features Jonathan “J.R.” Fallon, a Republican candidate for Maine State Senate representing District 34.

About Jonathan Fallon

Jonathan Fallon is an attorney, Air Force Reserve officer, and military veteran who resides in Kennebunk with his wife and three children. Before entering private legal practice, Fallon served more than six years on active duty as a Judge Advocate (JAG) in the United States Air Force, where he worked as both a prosecutor and defense counsel. His military career also included service as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and a deployment to the Middle East as the legal advisor to a Special Operations Joint Task Force. He continues serving in the Air Force Reserve.

Professionally, Fallon is a partner at Libby O’Brien Kingsley & Champion, where his legal practice includes criminal defense, civil litigation, family law, military law, trusts and estates, and representing veterans seeking military discharge upgrades.

Campaign Priorities

According to Fallon’s campaign materials, his priorities include:

• Supporting veterans and first responders.
• Addressing affordability and the rising cost of living in Maine.
• Investing in roads, bridges, broadband, and energy infrastructure.

Outside of his legal and military service, Fallon has been involved in several community organizations and volunteer efforts.
